Foundations of Meditation

This workshop lays a firm foundation for meditation practice. You will learn the nuts and bolts of sitting posture, how to “sit still”, what paying attention means and some helpful guidelines to get the most out of your practice. You will leave with the tools to start a home practice and ways to support yourself in the endeavor.
