Weekly Meditation Group
Please email me if you’d like to attend. No meditation experience is required. Bring a sitting cushion if you like. This is an hour long program of silent sitting meditation, an awareness practice exercise and group discussion. Wear loose clothing and bring an open mind!

Ashtanga Yoga Program
In this style, students move at their own pace, and the teacher has the ability to observe and adjust students individually. Traditionally, the practice is learned from one teacher, in increments, over the course of time. Class is appropriate for absolute beginners, as well as advanced students. All are welcome.
